Shipping Within India

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of ₹75 will be charged.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 business days after being placed.
  • Delivery to your location will take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.
  • The estimated total delivery time is 7–10 working days.
  • Tracking details will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • For customized or stitched products, an additional 4–5 working days may be required before dispatch.
  • The estimated delivery timeline is 20–25 working days.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

Customs & Duties

  • Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If customs duties are not paid by the customer, the shipment may be destroyed or returned, and no refund will be issued for such orders.
  • Customers must clear customs and duties within 2 days of arrival in their country.

Order Cancellation (Shipping Related)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
  • If cancelled, a 5% deduction will be made from the refund to cover transaction fees.
  • Once customization/alteration begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns (Orders)

  • Returns are accepted if requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • Customers must inform us at support@zamunalifestyle.com and share the courier receipt.
  • Return shipping costs and any customs duties must be borne by the customer.
  • Products must be returned in unused condition, with original tags and packaging.
  • A 5% transaction deduction will apply to refunds for orders.
  • Exchange facility is not available for customers.
