Return & Exchange Policy
At Zamuna Lifestyle LLP (zamunalifestyle.com), we want every customer to feel delighted with their purchase. Each Zamuna saree is crafted with great attention to quality, style, and elegance. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a smooth and transparent return & exchange process to ensure your complete peace of mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from zamunalifestyle.com.
- Products purchased through resellers, distributors, or other online/offline platforms are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To qualify, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product should be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Sarees showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible.
3. Important Notes
- For claims regarding missing items, wrong product, or damaged product, we require unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery.
- Without clear video evidence, such claims cannot be processed.
- Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. If the item does not pass the check, the return/exchange will be declined.
4. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
- Visit the Customer Service section on zamunalifestyle.com and click on Return/Exchange Request.
- Enter your Order ID and the registered email/phone number used during purchase.
- Share the unboxing video and product images on our WhatsApp support at +91-7698734655 or email at support@zamunalifestyle.com.
- Once verified, our team will approve the request and arrange for a pickup.
5. Pickup & Logistics
- Our trusted courier partner will pick up the product from the same address provided at the time of order.
- Pickup attempts will be made up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the return request will be marked as cancelled.
- Please hand over only the correct product to the pickup agent. Zamuna is not responsible if the wrong item is handed over.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the customer’s provided account.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- You may exchange your saree for a different design, color, or product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer).
- The replacement product will be dispatched once the original saree is received and approved by our quality team.
- Please note: Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
8. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased during Sale, Discount, or Clearance events.
- Customized sarees, pre-stitched blouses, or items with special alterations.
- Gift cards, accessories, or promotional freebies.
