At Zamuna Lifestyle LLP (zamunalifestyle.com), we strive to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and worry-free. To ensure a fair return and refund process, we have outlined the following policy:


Open-Packing Video Requirement

For your protection and ours, we kindly request that customers record a clear open-packing video when receiving their order. This video will serve as valid proof in case you wish to request a return, exchange, or refund.

Important: Returns will not be accepted if the outer packaging is torn, tampered, or in visibly poor condition at the time of delivery.


Return & Refund Process

  1. Raise a Return Request: Submit your return request through our website (zamunalifestyle.com) within the return window specified for your product.
  2. Share the Open-Packing Video: The video must clearly show the condition of the packaging and the product inside.
  3. Product Condition: The saree or product must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
  4. Courier Handover: Hand over the product to the courier partner as per the scheduled pickup arranged by Zamuna.

Note: Returns will only be processed if the video evidence is valid and matches the return claim.


Refund Timeline

  • Once your return request is approved, the pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days.
  • After the product reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted within 2 working days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of successful quality check.

(*For COD orders, refunds will be initiated to the bank details shared by the customer.)


Refunds for Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or undeliverable at your specified address, Zamuna will issue a full refund including any prepaid shipping charges, once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled by writing to us at support@zamunalifestyle.com within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests made after the order has been shipped will not be eligible.
  • If cancelled within the eligible window, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method and should reflect in your account within 24–48 hours.

Refunds for Debit & Credit Card Payments

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank’s internal processes:

  • Refunds above ₹5,000 may trigger an SMS notification from your bank.
  • Refunds below ₹5,000 may not generate SMS alerts, so please check your bank account or card statement.
